Yes, but not the kind you think! Travelling marathon to Estonia and back, many sleepless nights, concerts, meetings with people I have`nt seen years, meeting with crazy- cool friends and of course, most important, visiting my home and mom in Kuressaare! She did`nt know that I`m coming so the morning she saw me standing at the door..wow..her reaction was priceless :D Of all this week I`m tired but very happy!!!
It is the most beautiful time right now in Estonia, nice warm spring, all the yards are blue because of squills:
I love mornings!!! For me it means that I can start to improvise again in my kitchen! The cupboard is full of so many different nuts, seeds, spreads, flakes, powders….it`s like I`m in the lab, testing and creating new healthy tastes, colors, mixtures- porridge`s, yogurts, puddings, smoothies…
Barcelona is full of organic food where you can find lots of cool stuff to try!! Also there`s so many ethnic food stores here with so big variety of groceries from all over the world!!! In these stores I`m always like a child in candy store although I have absolutely no idea about a half of the products what they are selling..its great to discover new things!
Here are some super delicious and healthy pleasures! Completely raw and without any added sugars or dairy!
Chia- oat flake- banana pudding with mango- ginger puree.
My absolute favorite: cashew yogurt with chia seeds and home- made coconut flakes.
Mmmm..sweet dreams ;)
